DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

The Seller is obligated to deliver the goods subject to the order within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order is received.

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via a cargo company.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

Period: The consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Usage: To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification (e-mail) must be made to the Seller within this period, and the product's box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, must be undamaged.

Return Shipping Cost: In returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, if the goods are sent back with the Seller's contracted cargo company, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.

COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS

The consumer can submit their complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place where the product was purchased or where they reside, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
