CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

At Modinity, customer satisfaction is our priority. For purchases made on our site, the following rules apply in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Right of Withdrawal (Return)

1. Period: You can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.
2. Conditions: Returned products must have unopened packaging, be unused, have their labels intact, and be in a resalable condition.
3. Hygiene Restriction: For textile products such as shawls, scarves, etc.; returns of products with the hygiene strip/seal opened or used cannot be accepted due to health and hygiene regulations.

Cancellation Process

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can create a cancellation request by sending an email to infotr@modinity.com or through the "My Orders" section in your account. For orders that have been shipped, the return procedure applies.

How to Make a Return or Exchange?

1. Create Request: Initiate a return request by selecting the relevant order from your account.
2. Shipping Process: Send the product with its original invoice and all accessories using our contracted cargo company.

Refund
After the returned product reaches our warehouse and is inspected, the approved refunds will be transferred to your bank within 7-10 business days. The reflection of the payment in your account may vary depending on your bank's processes.

Direct exchanges are not currently available in our online store. You can return the product you wish to exchange and create a new order.
