SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website.
PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The order content, type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products are as specified.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the SELLER in writing (via e-mail or return form) within this period.
Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised:
Goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by them within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract sound, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce, and in cases exceeding this value, Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are authorized.
