MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Modinity Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company"), residing at Maslak Mah. Ahi Evran Cad. Olive Plaza No: 11 İç Kapı No: 2 Sarıyer / İstanbul, and the user ("Member") who becomes a member through our website, for the purpose of the Member becoming a member of the website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the Member's use of the services offered by the Company through its website, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Member accepts that the information provided while carrying out the membership procedures is accurate and up-to-date. All legal and criminal liability arising from inaccurate information belongs to the Member.

3.2. The Member cannot share their username and password with anyone; they are personally responsible for the security of the account.

3.3. The Company makes its best effort to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the website but cannot be held responsible for service disruptions due to technical failures in the system.

3.4. All visuals, designs, and brands (e.g., Buttonscarves logos and product images) on the website belong to the Company or its affiliated Modinity Group; they cannot be copied or used without permission.

4. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Member can terminate their membership at any time. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership without prior notice if the Member violates the terms of this Agreement.

5. EFFECTIVENESS
The Member is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions of this Agreement from the moment they fill out the registration form and check the "I Accept the Membership Agreement" box.
