Which shipping company will my order be sent with?

Orders placed through ButtonScarves are shipped with HepsiJET cargo company.

After your order is handed over to the cargo, the tracking number will be sent to you, and you can easily track your shipment.

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed on the payment screen according to your order total.

When will my order be shipped?

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders handed over to cargo are usually delivered to your address within 1–3 business days.

During intense campaign periods, there may be minor changes in these times.

Is there same-day delivery in Istanbul?

There is a Same-Day Delivery option for addresses in Istanbul.

Orders placed until 12:00 PM are delivered on the same day between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched for delivery on the next day.

Same-day delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

You can select the Same-Day Delivery option from the delivery choices when placing your order.

At what hours will my order be delivered?

Standard deliveries by HepsiJET are carried out on weekdays and Saturdays between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM.

Delivery times may vary according to the distribution plan of your region.
